Bitjli Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules, Play Safely

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on Bitjli. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after account creation. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• The mobile number and email address registered to your account must remain active at all times.
• Any changes to your account details must be made through the support team following identity verification.

The following requirements must be met in order to use the Bitjli platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds or winnings will be forfeited.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
• Individuals who have been advised to avoid gaming for mental health reasons are not permitted to use Bitjli.

Bitjli may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide them within the specified period will result in a temporary account suspension.

• The welcome bonus is only available on the first deposit. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded to the member's account.
• If one event in a parlay or combo bet is cancelled, the outcome will be settled based on the remaining events.
• In live betting, if a result changes due to server delay, Bitjli's decision will be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bitjli and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Any attempt to fix matches or influence the outcome of an event.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit the system.
• Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Placing bets or managing an account through a third party.

Bitjli may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If the member requests account closure themselves.

Members can close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
