Real words from bettors all across Bangladesh
"The Mobile Pay payments are genuinely impressive. Money hits my account within 8 minutes of making a request. I used to be on another site where I'd wait up to two days — Bitjli put an end to that hassle."
"I take cricket betting seriously. The live odds on Bitjli update so fast that I never miss an opportunity. The depth of markets available during IPL and BPL especially is something I haven't seen anywhere else."
"The support team is genuinely good. I had a payment issue after midnight once — I sent a message on live chat and got a reply within 5 minutes. The problem was fixed in 15. I honestly didn't expect that level of service."
"Since becoming a Platinum VIP, the experience has been on a completely different level. Bonus offers are tailored to how I play — it really feels like Bitjli knows its users."
"The variety of casino games is great, especially the Live Casino section. It can feel a little slow during peak hours sometimes, but fix that and I'd give it five stars without hesitation. The bonuses are fair enough."
"Using it on mobile is very easy. The site looks and works great on a phone. Nagad deposits are instant. All in all, Bitjli has been the best betting experience I've had so far."
It's hard to sum up Bitjli in just a line or two — there are quite a few aspects that each deserve their own look. Here's a roundup of what users from different backgrounds had to say.
Across cricket, football, and kabaddi, most users are happy with the number of markets and the quality of odds on Bitjli. Odds update quickly enough during live betting, and the interface is easy to navigate. Even more experienced bettors appreciate having access to statistics and analysis tools.
This is arguably Bitjli's most praised feature. Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad completing in an average of 5–10 minutes come up again and again in reviews. No hidden charges and deposits starting from as low as ৳50 are two things new users particularly value.
Most reviews are positive about the quality of 24/7 live chat support. The fact that the support team understands and responds in Bangla is a major plus for users. A few reviews do mention slightly longer wait times during busy periods.
Beyond star ratings, some users have shared their experiences in detail — and their accounts give a clearer picture of what using Bitjli is actually like day to day.
"I've been using Bitjli for almost two years. I was a bit skeptical at first — there are a lot of sites online that take your money and disappear. But my first withdrawal changed my mind completely. I've been using it regularly ever since with no major issues. I've recommended Bitjli to everyone I know who bets."
— Mahmudul Hasan, Cumilla | Member for 2 Years"I mainly bet on football, especially the English Premier League. The range of markets and the way odds are updated on Bitjli is more than enough for me. Live streaming is available for some matches too, which is a nice bonus. Payments have always come through on time."
— Rifat Ahmed, Dhaka | Platinum VIP"As a homemaker, I thought long and hard before putting any money into anything online. My husband and I started using Bitjli together. Depositing via Nagad is simple, and withdrawing winnings is hassle-free. The cashback comes in automatically every Monday — that's a nice touch."

Voices from users across the country
"No major issues since I signed up. I received a deposit bonus and the wagering conditions were reasonable. There was one dispute over a bet, and support resolved it quickly. I trust Bitjli."
"I play roulette and baccarat in the Live Casino. The dealers are professional and the stream quality is good. The connection drops occasionally, but that might be on my end. Overall, Bitjli's Live Casino is a solid experience."
"I usually withdraw via Rocket. It goes through in 10–15 minutes every time. One thing I really appreciate is that each transaction gets its own reference number. If there's ever an issue, I just give that number to support and it gets sorted out quickly."
"Betting on Bitjli during the BPL was a fantastic experience. Live odds, real-time score updates, and fast payouts — put those three together and it's hard to beat. I'll be back for the next season."
